We met eight years ago in Kristina’s hometown of Stranda where we were both working in a pizza factory. Kristina was saving and preparing for a trip around the world--not the most ideal time to get into a relationship! Despite this, we fell in love. The year went by quickly; Kristina began her travels and Kim moved back home to Germany. Still in love, we didn’t let the distance change our relationship. Six months later, Kristina returned home and then FINALLY made her way back to Kim in Germany. It was the best feeling and we decided to spend the next chapter of our lives together. Kristina got a job and for the next three years we lived in the southern part of Germany, close to where Kim grew up. This allowed Kristina to get to know Kim’s family and understand his background and mother language. We had a great time meeting inspiring people and making close friends. As a couple we always strive for new goals and after three years in Germany, we felt an urge to go a new direction. We moved back to Norway to be able to reach our next goals in life: buying a home and starting a family. And here we are, seven years later: we bought our second home, are engaged, and are now parents to our beautiful and healthy little children Leo & Sophia. We feel very grateful having each other, our amazing families, and our great friends. We can’t wait to share our love with you on our wedding day and for the rest of our lives.
