On Friday, May 4th, 2018 (Star Wars Day!), I came home after an ordinary day at work and Kelly told me he had got me a present that was in our office. When I went in the room, there was a bouquet of flowers and the nicest note. As I came out of the room to thank him, Kelly was down on one knee holding a ring and asked me to marry him. After lots of ugly crying, I said "YES"! I feel so lucky and excited to spend the rest of my life with my favorite person, partner, and best friend.
