Our story begins in Ottawa/Gatineau, when we were both in school. We met through mutual friends and fate brought us on our first date on Tuesday, May 12th, 2020. We went for a walk along the beach in Aylmer, the town we now call home. As we got to know each other that evening we both thought that we weren't looking for a relationship but quickly learned love does not work like that! In just 5 weeks of spending time together, saying I love you was the most natural it could be. Both of us agree that our love grew like fire, and has not stopped since.
