Steve pulled off a huge surprise despite everyone BUT Devin being in on the secret. He planned the proposal at their favorite date night spot, Basi Italia, with their beyond nice owner John. When we arrived there was champagne, sunshine lit patio, and Steven's surprise. Devin obviously said yes! The rest of the day was spent celebrating with our wonderful friends and family.
