Christopher grew up in Nutley and proudly called it his home until he went off to pursue his culinary aspirations at Johnson & Wales. While at Johnson & Wales, Chris returned home to Nutley to work at Custodi Caterers in order to support himself throughout his education. Fortunately, Chris found immediate employment cooking up a diverse array of food at Custodi. Chris was offered the opportunity to buy the business twenty-two years ago and continues to be the proud owner. Whether its for a school, business, cocktail party, wedding, you name it, Chris is hands on and treats every event as if its his own.
