Bailey had booked a trip for Izzy's 23rd birthday to South Lake Tahoe. The trip first started with tickets to a Reggae festival in Palisades where we both danced in the mountains and enjoyed our favorite music together. The next day we went out to breakfast before going on a hike to the Monkey Rock and we kept saying, what could make this trip better, we were both having such a good time. Little did Bailey know Izzy had planned to propose at the top of the mountain when we had finished our hike. During the hike we stopped and took pictures every couple minutes because neither of us were ready for the altitude. At one point Bailey said she was going to quit and head back down (jokingly) and Izzy said to keep going because it'll all be worth it! When we finally got to the top Izzy took Bailey to a private area to take some photos. Izzy set up his phone and started to record and shortly after got on one knee and asked Bailey to spend the rest of his life with him. She said YES YES YES!!! Afterwards we sat around and enjoyed the moment and took it all in, also we couldn't walk down because we were both shaking from all the excitement. Later that night we had went out to dinner at Basecamp and shared a bottle (or a couple) of champagne and just enjoyed time together. We hopped bars afterwards and couldn't have been a happier couple. We felt like the only people left in the world. We cant wait to spend the rest of our life and all of our next lives together!
