In 2008, Scotty took a trip to DR with a friend, where he met and spent time with Annie’s entire family, including her father, Tony. After their return, Tony was very eager for Annie to meet Scotty so he introduced the two of them to each other. A year later in 2009, Scotty returned to DR to join everyone for another family vacation. After a night of celebration, Scotty was in the back seat of a taxi sitting next to Annie in a white linen suit. After whispering “that dress is hugging you right,” Scotty spilled red wine all over his suit! Fast forward to now and here we are, FINALLY getting married, right where it all started!
