Alyssa Guzman and Ryan Hall's Wedding Website

You could say that Alyssa and Ryan officially met at the University of Iowa. It was Alyssa's second night there, but Ryan had already been there for a week for his Honors Program (smarty-pants!). Alyssa reached out to a friend of hers--already a seasoned Hawkeye--who turned out to be a mutual friend of Ryan's. When Alyssa entered the her friend's apartment after being invited over, she saw Ryan sitting there. He greeted her by name as she walked in, and she didn't recognize him until he told her his full name: "It's me, Ryan Hall." At that, something clicked. Alyssa remembered him from local street fests as a preteen with a buzz cut and backwards hat, not this handsome sun-kissed man with luscious golden brown locks. Alyssa and Ryan spent the entire night catching up and getting to know each other. They ended up living in the same dorm--Burge--while they were freshman. Since everyone on Alyssa's floor was rushing for a sorority and she wasn't, she found herself hanging out with Ryan more than anyone else. Alyssa and Ryan were inseparable freshman year. Alyssa fondly remembers that year as putting Ryan on with sushi, rock music, and how to use chopsticks. Ryan fondly remembers that year as teaching Alyssa how to be cool, although she disagrees since she was already cool. Clearly he couldn't get enough of her since he asked her to marry him, and clearly she couldn't get enough of him since she said yes!
